Delivery

  • Goods will normally be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days.
  • When the standard delivery option has been selected – the package will be sent by Royal Mail.
  • We will normally deliver goods within 1-2 working days of dispatch, but please allow extra time to account for circumstances beyond our control. Once the goods have left our warehouse, the customer is responsible for any return carriage to us should the order be cancelled. This applies even if the goods have been cancelled before delivery but after dispatch.
  • If goods are expected to be dispatched more than 3 working days after the order has been placed you will be notified by email.
  • Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
  • Shipping rates and delivery zones are detailed in the Shipping Tariffs & Time Frames section of our website.
  • Should you select the Courier delivery service, a text message or email will be sent to you advising that the parcel has been dispatched and the anticipated date of delivery. The Courier service will give you regular updates regarding delivery and date change options.
  • We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. We would strongly recommend that you are home to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday. However, we do give the option for your boxes to be left at a nominated position that you deem safe.
  • Please only select one of the designated ‘left safe’ options if you are confident the items are safe. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
  • After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods will be delivered to a local ‘pick up’ store. You will then be able to pick up the parcel from this location for a period of 7 working days. Should no pickup occur, the parcel will be returned to the warehouse and we reserve the right to charge an additional re-delivery charge.
  • After the goods have left us, if you refuse delivery, or several delivery attempts are made unsuccessfully, or you fail to respond to communication regarding the delivery and the items are returned to the warehouse, then unfortunately return fees will be applied to your order.
  • If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.
  • Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified in writing to orders@mmlm-kids.com within 5 days of delivery. Only notify us of damages once all of the items have been checked, as we can only accept the first notification of damages. We would ask you to return damaged items to Mister Master & Little Miss Ltd. Do not dispose of any damaged items. Once item(s) have been received by Mister Master & Little Miss Ltd. and checked, a refund will be made.
  • If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

  • Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers.
