Making an order with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. An email is automatically generated and sent to you to confirm that we have received your order.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this as soon as possible and before we dispatch the goods. In the event that your item may not be available for immediate dispatch you would be notified as soon as possible. We will offer an alternative product, advise of an approximate dispatch date of the requested item(s) and the option to wait or the option to cancel your order at that stage, and a full refund issued.

Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods. Sizes - Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.

How to place order

You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. If you prefer to order by telephone you can do so by calling 01243 575962.

Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.

You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.

We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, Delta/Connect or PayPal. In future you will also be able to pay by American Express.

Promotional prices and discount codes only apply during the period stated. Where no period is given, the promotion will last until it is removed from the website. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds.

Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays. We would always try and accommodate a change but we would request that these changes are made by either email or telephone as soon as possible.

Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order at any time before delivery of the items(s) or within 7 working days of receipt of the item(s) by following our returns process.

How to cancel your order

Please notify our Customer service Team in writing by email orders@mmlm-kids.com. Upon receipt of your email, a confirmation email will be sent to you. In the instance where your order has already been delivered to you, please complete the Refund & Exchange form included with your order . Please note that Mister Master & Little Miss Ltd. reserve the right to refuse order returns which cannot be identified.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel within the 7 calendar days, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us, at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will need to charge you for the reduction in value.

We will refund all monies paid to us by you excluding postage/carriage.

Faulty Goods Guarantee

If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem within 7 days of delivery.

If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked.

The cost of returning faulty goods to us is the customers’ responsibility, however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs. If you do not wish for them to be returned to you, we would then accept this as a ‘change of mind’ and the return carriage incurred by us would be deducted from your refund.

If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative or a refund.
